Asset enhancement of the MND building, a collaborative work with CPG corporation. Scope includes revamping main entrance, first level podium, as well as façade enhancement & office level fit out works. 

The redesigned foyer features a streamlined open layout with ample natural light, achieved through large windows and strategic lighting fixtures. Sleek, modern materials like aluminium gladding, glass & wood are used to enhance the aesthetic appeal and durability. The scope includes introducing a new co-working space with flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas, fostering collaboration and productivity. The space is further enhanced by the revamped landscape steps which includes a shaded barrier free access route. Comfortable seating, green walls, and indoor plants create a refreshing environment, promoting well-being.
